The tall bearded man seen with his guide dog throughout Bradenton passed away on July 14, 2010, at TideWell Hospice House.
Although he grew up and conducted his career as a systems analyst in Baltimore, MD, Frela was always proud to say that he was born in Bradenton.
Frela is survived by his wife, Debbie, brother, Vernie, and nephews, Donald and Brian.
