Born in Pekin, Illinois he moved to Bradenton in 1991 from Elgin, Illinois.
 

A member of Bethel Baptist Church of Bradenton, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, and a life member of Rotary Club.
 

He graduated B.A./B.D. from Bethel College and Seminary 1946-1954 in St. Paul, MN, was Pastor of four churches, Isle Baptist  in Isle, MN; Central Baptist in Indianapolis, IN; First Baptist in Muncie, IN; and Covenant Baptist in Detroit, MI.
 

He retired as President of Judson College from 1969-1991, and was Chancellor from 1991-2010.
 

Survived by wife of 61 years, Arlie of Bradenton; sons, Harm A. (Lynda) Weber, III of Danbury, WI, Rev. Matthew Karl Weber of Des Plaines, IL; daughter, Jan Christine (Steve Buttress) Weber of Kearney, NE; and eight grandchildren.
 

Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday May 1, 2010 at Bethel Baptist Church 1805 30th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205.
